1. Represent yourself as a Maal Data Lab Employee/Consultant/Partner/Vendor/Reseller to offer services that Maal Data Lab does not offer.
2. Represent yourself as a Maal Data Lab Employee/Consultant/Partner/Vendor/Reseller to offer services that you are not entitled to offer to anyone on behalf of Maal Data Lab.
3. Claim to be Cryptocurrency Investment experts by showing counterfeit certifications/authority letters from Maal Data Lab.
4. Present yourself as a Maal Data Lab representative and offer cryptocurrency trading/recovery/investment services.
5. Engage in any fraudulent, illegal activities to defraud other people or organizations while using association with us as your credentials.
Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities
In case we have strong reasons to believe that you've engaged in any Restricted Activities, we may take several actions to protect Maal Data Labs, its customers, and others at any time at our sole discretion. The actions we may take include, but are not limited to:
1. Limiting your access to or use of the Maal Data Lab resources.
2. Suspending your Maal Data Lab account without intimation.
3. Revoking certificate licenses issued to you without any refund.
4. Complaining about your illegal activities to our partners and other organizations getting harmed due to your restricted actions.
5. Lodging a formal complaint against you with the relevant legal and law-enforcement authorities.
